The T-ISS Drip Stop tape is part of our safety tapes for anti-leaking. The tape is easy to use without using any adhesive components. This is why it will not stick to your hands. The DripStop tape is specially mad to stick on components.
The Drip Stop tape can be used on wet surfaces and even under water. It pressurizes leaking piping up to a maximum of 3 kg/cm². You can also use the tape as a protection layer to prevent corrosion or as electric insulation.
Our tapes can withstand heavy weather circumstances. It is therefor very suitable to be used in the maritime industry. Moreover, the tape provides perfect performance dealing with protection of metal parts to corrosion and exposure due to seawater.
You can use Drip Stop tape on all materials, including metal, glass and fibers. Apply the tape with an overlap of half the width on the tape. Are you using the tape in a wet area or under water? Make sure to avoid water intervention between the tape.
The cure time for the Drip Stop tape is approximately 20 – 30 minutes.
